We are continually recruiting assembly workers for single-shift work in Jablonec nad Nisou.

What the job involves

Manual work on our shop floor: assembly and kitting of parts, packing, sorting and quality control. Standing or seated, depending on the operation. We will train you — previous production experience is not required.

Single shift — no night or rotating shifts
Occasional Saturday work, always agreed in advance
On site in Jablonec nad Nisou, not remote work
Most of our work is for the automotive industry — every piece is inspected and must meet the agreed quality criteria.

What the job requires

Care and concentration. We inspect every piece, not just a sample — one missed defect can stop a customer's production line.
Good eyesight. Defects are identified visually and can be very small.
Good manual dexterity. You will handle small parts, including screw fastening, clipping and inserting small components.
