Assembly & kitting

We assemble and kit products from supplied parts for manufacturers for whom manual operations don't pay off in their own plant — also known as subcontract assembly or contract manufacturing. We screw, rivet, bond, clip, mark and pack; every part passes final inspection.

Control panel assembly & wiring

We assemble and wire control panels and enclosures to your documentation (build-to-print) for machine and equipment manufacturers who need to free up their own electricians or cover a production run. We use your components for both one-off panels and production runs. This is how we prepared control-unit modules for a heat pump manufacturer. Routine verification to IEC/EN 61439 and the declaration of conformity remain with you as the panel manufacturer.

  • Mounting circuit breakers, fuses, terminals and other components on the backplate and in the enclosure
  • Cutting wires and cables to length and crimping ferrules
  • Wiring to the schematic, labelling of wires and terminals
