## Scope of service

- Logistics from our warehouse: We receive your goods, maintain stock records, and pick, pack and dispatch orders.
- Additional technical services: By arrangement, we can also make e-commerce changes, connect data flows or provide related cloud services.

## How fulfilment works

1. Products and volumes — We review the number of SKUs, order volumes, carriers and packing rules.
2. Service set-up — We agree how orders, stock data, documents and reports will be exchanged.
3. Goods receipt and storage — We receive, check and book the goods into stock.
4. Pick and pack — We pick, pack and label each order to your specification.
5. Dispatch and returns — We hand parcels to the carriers and process returns and claims as agreed.
