# Control panel assembly & wiring – JAKOB, s.r.o.

> We assemble, wire and test control panels to your technical documentation on a build-to-print basis. We handle one-off panels and small production runs using customer-supplied components or materials sourced by us.

## What's included

- Mounting components on the backplate and in the enclosure
- Cutting wires and cables to length and crimping ferrules
- Wiring to the schematic and wire labelling
- Continuity and connection checks
- Initial power-up and functional testing
- Routine verification to IEC/EN 61439, with test report

## Two ways to work with us

- Using customer-supplied materials: You provide the materials, components and documentation — we complete the work to your specification, inspect it and prepare it for dispatch.
- Full service: We can also source the components, materials and packaging and deliver the finished product.

## How cooperation works

2. Quote & process — We prepare a quote and agree the production process with you.
3. Production & assembly — We assemble, kit or pack the order to your specification.
4. Quality inspection — We carry out 100% inspection and provide a report on request.
5. Dispatch — We pack, label and ship the completed order to the agreed destination.
